Religious Freedom

Donald Trump is the first president ever to host a meeting at the United Nations on Religious Freedom! It is clear that many people hate our president but God calls his people to honor those in authority (Romans 13), live righteously, and stand with all those who are persecuted for his name sake because we are all one body. It is very important for Christians to prioritize what God does and stand firm in our faith. Persecution is the most serious crime because when people harm Christians (the Lord’s body), they harm Jesus Christ himself.

God created all men (man and woman) in his image and with free-will. Everyone has the right to believe what they want. It is against God’s will for anyone to control the life of another and cause harm to others. I know that the world is not going to get better. But as a follower of Jesus Christ, I believe in peace and unity. I believe that there is only one God and only one Savior: Jesus Christ. But this doesn’t mean that I hate those who don’t believe in my God and his word. I pray for those that are lost and for lukewarm Christians to wake-up and do as God commands: to love one another as he loves us.

Let’s pray for all those suffering religious persecution and for the Lord to come quickly!

Don’t ever think that this crisis doesn’t affect you. If one suffers, the whole body of Christ suffers. Always pray, be grateful, and do what you can to help. Stay in the loop and on guard because the Lord is coming soon!
